Where is my order?
You can check on your order status 24 hours a day by going to Check Order Status.  Here you can login with your order # and email Address to check order status, view tracking information (if order has shipped), and print copies of your receipt.

Please note, that tracking information is uploaded nightly so an order with a status of "Ready for Shipment" may have already shipped.

How much is Shipping?
We offer four (4) shipping methods; Standard Shipping, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.

Standard Shipping is either USPS or UPS and averages 1-4 days depending on your shipping address. Our warehouse store is located outside Chicago, IL so if your shipping address is close to Illinois you will receive your order quickly.  Standard Shipping Rates are as follows:

$5.50 for order totals between $0.00 and $60.00
$7.35 for order totals between $60.00 and $100.00
$9.45 for order totals between $100.00 and $150.00
$11.95 for order totals over $150.00

UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3 Day Select are based on your shipping state and the weight of your order. Once an item is placed in your shopping cart you will be able to calculate the cost by entering your "ship to state" and choosing either UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3 Day.

Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States.  In addition, at this time we do not ship to APO addresses.

Is this item IN-STOCK?
We stock 99% of our items and our web site is backed by a "real time" inventory system. If the item(s) you select can be placed into your shopping cart, the item is IN-STOCK and will ship in accordance with the shipping method you have chosen. If the item is out of stock, you will receive an out of stock message when you attempt to place this item in your shopping cart.

Can you make a custom flag?
Yes, custom flags, pennants, and banners are available.  Our minimum quantities are 48 pieces (flags/banners) and 288 pieces (pennants).  Please send your flag design and project description to info@sportsflagsandproducts.com.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders with shipping addresses located in the State of Illinois will be subject to 7.0% sales tax.

Do you accept a Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes, Purchase Orders are accepted from educational and corporate sources.  Please fax PO's to 253-276-0723. If you require a vendor form or W-9 form to be executed, please fax these requests to 253-276-0723 for processing.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, gift messages up to 50 characters are included on your order packaging label.  You will need to enter your gift message during the shopping cart checkout process.

I don't want an invoice included?
We do not include invoices or receipts within your order packaging. Your invoice/receipt is the email confirmation you receive upon order placement and order shipment.  Either email confirmation will act as your receipt.

Can I order by fax or mail?
Yes, you may order by fax or mail by printing our Mail/Fax Order Form.
Please note, on-line ordering is the fastest method of receiving your order and viewing "real time" inventory status of your item(s).

What is your return or exchange policy?
Our Return/Exchange Policy is simple! You may return or exchange an item within 90 days of delivery. To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please follow the instructions on your Return/Exchange Form (4"x8") which was included with your order. Alternatively, you may email your RMA request by using the Contact Us form and selecting RMA Request. For more information, please see our Merchant Policy.

Can I get my flag tomorrow?
Yes, place your order before 2:00pm CST and select UPS Next Day Air Saver.  Your order will ship the same day and be received by you before 3:00pm (commercial addresses) or 6:00pm (residential addresses). Please note, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are excluded for delivery and same day shipping.

Is Express Shipping Available?
Yes, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select is available. You may choose either of these options during your shopping cart checkout process. Same day shipping is available if orders are placed before 2:00pm CST for most items. Please see the product page for available shipping options.

All items are Officially Licensed and manufactured under authorized agreements held by their respective licensees. All team insignias, logo colors, and designs are approved by the selected university or college and are processed through NCAA approved third party or school licensing representatives.

This ensures your purchase will have the newest team insignias, authentic colors, premium quality, and a royalty paid to the selected college or university.

Do you have Gift Cards or Gift Certificates?
Yes, we have e-Gift Cards/Certificates in $25, $50, $100, and $250 amounts. You can enter a gift recipients email address and they will receive an email with a e-Gift Card ID# which can be redeemed at any of our websites for the amount purchased. For more information, see e-Gift Cards.
